I am Madhur Dixit. I work at the intersection of Technology Investment Banking, AI Strategy, and Growth and Value Creation. I spend my time analyzing how software and emerging technology businesses are priced and valued, advising founders, strategic acquirers, sponsors, and growth investors on the decisions that shape their trajectories, and exploring how the next wave of AI and emerging technologies will create meaningful societal impact and generate enduring value.

I'm Madhur. I work at the intersection of TMT investment banking, start-ups, venture and growth, and SaaS and AI strategy, currently finishing my MBA at the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business.
My path hasn't been linear. I started out as a civil engineer in India, pivoted into management consulting at Accenture in London, spent two years at KPMG advising investment banks and exchanges on capital markets transformation, and now I spend my days building pitchbooks and models, trying to make sense of the technology, media, and internet sectors from a banker's seat in New York.
Along the way I picked up an MSc in Management from LSE and a Distinction in MSc Finance from Queen Mary University of London, and I've been lucky to do all of it while living across India, the UK, and the US, with detours through Puerto Rico, Spain, Malta, and a long list of places I'm still chasing.
When I'm not in a deal room or a classroom, I build. I shipped MBAADMITOS, an AI-powered platform trying to make MBA admissions consulting accessible to applicants who can't drop $10K on a legacy advisor. I worked with Dean Vishal Gaur on research about AI and the future of jobs. And I'm endlessly curious about how finance, technology, and product collide.
Outside of work I am a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a serious fitness enthusiast. Training, recovery, and nutrition are non negotiables for me.

- Worked on 8 staffings across Software, Media, Sports and Fintech verticals, actively contributing to live deals and pitches.
- Supported leadership, VPs and Associates on 2 bakeoffs from initial inception through final client presentations, driving end to end execution of pitchbooks and models.
- Partnered with an SVP in preparing strategic discussion materials for a major client presentation scheduled for September.
- TMT Summer Internship Project: built a full LBO and Ability-to-Pay analysis on a software target, sizing Maximum Payable TEV against sponsor and management cases and pressure-testing valuation under multiple IRR thresholds and exit multiples.
- TMT Summer Internship Project: constructed the management case from the ground up including KPI forecasts (ARPC, churn, LTV/CAC), a module-level revenue build and a Rule of 40 trajectory, and benchmarked outputs against selected comps and an EV/EBITDA growth correlation to triangulate valuation drivers.
- TMT Summer Internship Project: synthesized findings into a strategic recommendation with management Q&A and presented to decision making executives, framing the upside, downside and growth levers required to bridge to the target enterprise value.
- Covered for a full time associate, taking ownership of deliverables and collaborating actively with a VP on a software bakeoff.
