I am Madhur Dixit. I work at the intersection of TMT investment banking, startups, venture and growth equity, and SaaS and AI strategy. I spend my time analyzing how software and emerging tech are priced and valued, advising founders, strategic buyers, sponsors, and growth investors, and figuring out how the next wave of AI and emerging technologies will actually make money.

I'm Madhur. I work at the intersection of TMT investment banking, start-ups, venture and growth, and SaaS and AI strategy, currently finishing my MBA at the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business.
My path hasn't been linear. I started out as a civil engineer in India, pivoted into management consulting at Accenture in London, spent two years at KPMG advising investment banks and exchanges on capital markets transformation, and now I spend my days building pitchbooks and models, trying to make sense of the technology, media, and internet sectors from a banker's seat in New York.
Along the way I picked up an MSc in Management from LSE and a Distinction in MSc Finance from Queen Mary University of London, and I've been lucky to do all of it while living across India, the UK, and the US, with detours through Puerto Rico, Spain, Malta, and a long list of places I'm still chasing.
When I'm not in a deal room or a classroom, I build. I shipped MBAADMITOS, an AI-powered platform trying to make MBA admissions consulting accessible to applicants who can't drop $10K on a legacy advisor. I worked with Dean Vishal Gaur on research about AI and the future of jobs. And I'm endlessly curious about how finance, technology, and product collide.
Outside of work I am a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a serious fitness enthusiast. Training, recovery, and nutrition are non negotiables for me.
